Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 2–7 business days. During new product launches, promotional periods, public holidays, or peak seasons, processing times may be extended.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times within Australia are generally:

• Apparel: 3–10 business days
• Hoodies and specialty items: 5–14 business days

Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on your location and shipping provider.

Tracking Information

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information via email so you can monitor your parcel's progress.

Multiple Shipments

As some products are fulfilled by different print partners, items within the same order may arrive in separate shipments and at different times.

Delays

While we do our best to ensure your order arrives promptly, delivery timeframes are estimates only.

Once parcels have been dispatched, Riverbend Rodeo Co is not responsible for delays caused by Australia Post, courier services, customs processing, weather events, or other circumstances outside of our reasonable control.

Incorrect Addresses
