Returns, Exchanges & Refunds Policy

At Riverbend Rodeo Co, we want you to be happy with your purchase and shop with confidence knowing we are committed to providing quality products and customer service.

Sizing Exchanges

We understand that finding the perfect fit can be difficult when shopping online. If you require a different size, we are happy to offer a sizing exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a sizing exchange:

• The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
• All original tags must remain attached.
• Proof of purchase must be provided.

As all items are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size selection unless otherwise required under Australian Consumer Law.

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with sizing exchanges, including the return of the original item and the shipping cost of the replacement item.

Once we receive and inspect the item, we will arrange the replacement size where available through our print partner.

Please do not return any items without first contacting us. We will provide return instructions once your request has been reviewed.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible after receiving your order.

Please provide:

• Your order number.
• A description of the issue.
• Clear photographs of the fault, damage, or incorrect item.

If the item is deemed faulty or we have made an error with your order, we will provide a replacement, exchange, or refund where appropriate.

Where an item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect due to our error, Riverbend Rodeo Co will cover the cost of the replacement item and any applicable shipping costs.

Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind purchases.

Please refer to the sizing information provided on each product listing before placing your order.

Sale Items

Sale, clearance, promotional, and discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded unless deemed faulty under Australian Consumer Law.
